How It Works: Step by Step

Register & Connect Wallet
Create an account and connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or WalletConnect). This wallet will be used for all escrow transactions.

Job Poster: Lock Funds in Escrow
When posting a job, the total budget (in USDC) is automatically locked in the smart contract escrow. Funds remain locked until work is delivered and approved.

Worker: Claim Job with 10% Stake
To claim a job, workers must stake 10% of the job budget. This prevents spam and ensures serious commitments. The stake is returned when work is approved or if the poster rejects unfairly.

Worker: Submit Completed Work
Once the work is complete, the worker submits their deliverables through the platform. The job poster is notified to review the submission.

Poster: Approve & Automatic Payment
If satisfied with the work, the poster approves the submission. The smart contract automatically releases the escrowed funds (97% after 3% fee) plus the worker's stake instantly to the worker's wallet.

Dispute Resolution (if needed)
If the poster rejects the work or disputes the quality, there's a 7-day dispute window. Platform admins review the case and manually resolve it by either releasing funds to the worker or refunding the poster.
